Service was great BUT why was I charged $24.99 labor when the tires was purchased from your place of Business? Isnt that part of your services? I am very disappointed. How can I recommend your location to friends and family ?!?
Had a flat repair done here. They did a quality job with a quick turn around.
I had a situation were my a/c went out.I spoke with Mgr Eddie and set an appointment for Friday 8/27 @ 8:30am.I let Eddie know Thaf I had purchased aExtended auto wattanty. He ordered the part and completed the job on Saturday.He had callled my warranty company and got an approval. I paid the account and will get a refund from the warranty comoany. I felt the service I received wasExceptional from mgmt and the employees. Thats why I have been theirCustomer for at least 15 satisfied years.

Everyone was very kind, honest, and to the point. My tire popped on the freeway and I was towed to this location -- they were able to get me out in an hour and had me feeling confident on the road again. Highly recommend!
Moved to a new area and was already familiar with mountain view tire from where we moved from so was hoping to find the same excellent reliable service I was used to and thats exactly what I found. Went in for oil change alignment and a set of four tires for my wife's car. Service was quick and done well. Car ran real smooth on the way home.
