battery`

replace battery was okay.replace cable clamp, a two dollar clamp with about 5min labor at $30.00.prior visit rotated tires left all lug nuts loose.prior visit oil change, crossed threaded drain bolt, could not remove, denied job, had to pay to replace oil pan.you tell me what you think.
