Great Experience

I always have a great experience at this location in North Hollywood. I forget the Armenian gentlemans name who runs the front desk but he is so professional and courteous. I hope you guys pay this Chalamet good pay because hes the face of your location Im always praising his politeness, information and general knowledge !

The experience was wonderful....until I went to pay my bill. It was $40 more than my original invoice! I said something to Steve. He did redo it so that I paid the original price. I thought maybe it was a "bait and switch" tactic.

Help one customer at a time, it's kind of rude. Not to mention, my original quoted price and actual price was different. I overpaid (basically double) for a battery but I wasn't in the position to go else where because I needed to put it on my goodyear credit card. The Granada hills location is 10000000 times better and worth the drive. I told the guy I was in a hurry and if it was going to take long I couldn't have my transaction today, but I was almost late to work because 20 minutes turned to 40, my invoice wasn't done at all until last second. Just, never again. He left my purchased battery in the mechanics bay, walked off, basically didn't let me take it myself. The only good thing was the mechanic who helped me take the battery to the car. I've worked in service and parts for many years, and it's sad I got ripped off. I didn't even have them install it, just purchasing a battery and paid $300! Long story short, I will never return there, and tell everyone I know to stay yway

I've been comingTo this particular shop since at least 1998. They have always given me the best competitive prices and honest suggestions. They never push on what needs to be fixed. They've worked on four cars off mine from a hatchback to a SUV. From a compact to a mid-size car.
