The replacement thermostat failed. Had to take my car to the dealer today, 8-17-21, and they found that the thermostat was stuck and causing check engine light to come on. The dealer had to remove and replace the thermostat Mountain View had initially replaced.
I dropped off my car for four new tires in the morning. No one answered their phone in the afternoon. No voice message. I found a sign on the door saying they had to close and corporate would contact people who had dropped off their cars. No call from corporate and the corporate headquarters were closed. I called the Lakewood store. They eventually sent a guy to release my car at 5 pm. The store was closed due to a COVID outbreak. It was unprofessional and lousy follow up by the company. I'm done with this company.
Everyone is always courteous, I trust them completely to tell me what is exactly going on with my car. No fear of being taken advantage of

Replaced our dead battery. Service was quick.
I went in one day. Tires out of stock and I would have had to wait over 3 hours. Made an appointment to return. Recieved a call an hour before my appointment. Shop was short staffed, running late and they weren't sure if my tires were there. The man on the phone was short and lacking empathy. Tires feel good, allignment seems right but I still had to wait over 2 hours and I didnt appreciate the interaction with the sales guy on the phone.
Always GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALWAYS TROUBLE SHOOTING and explaining the issue.
Very nice. Rotated tires and put air pressure in.
