New tires and oil

The employees and assistant manager were very helpful and Kind! I had all my repair work and purchaed 4 tires and had them installed in about 2 hours; that's not bad!

Great service

I brought my truck in for an oil change, transmission fluid exchange, differential fluid exchange and radiator fluid exchange. On top of that, I had a leak, which i thought was the radiator. The guys checked it out and it ended up being a water pu.p that needed replacing. They had it all done in under 3 hours and called to explain everything before the work needed to be done. Great service, fast work, Bruce was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Could have been a little bette

I went to your store for an oil change and a tire rotation, but unbeknownst to me I had a stripped lug now on one of the tires - the shop immediately quoted me $189 to fix that. I decided to pass because that was a lot of money to me. The lug nut had a chrome cap and once I remove that I could see that the lug nut underneath was accessible- the bolt had not been stripped. I got the nut off, and replace it with another one but only half my tire tires were rotated, and I haven't been able to rotate the other side. I wish the shop had at least tried to take the lugnut cap off at the time then they could have rotated all or tires.

The guys here are awesome. Always personable and glad to help. I feel like they are not out to just make money but to build customer relationships.

Oil change

This was the first time for my oil change at this store. The customer service was excellent. They we courteous, friendly, and had my finished in good time. Thank you so much! I look forward to having my car serviced in the future.

The staff is very friendly and they took my car in right away because I had an appointment!
