Been taking my car there for years and always waited for it. This visit I waited over 2 hrs and nobody updated me. If I knew it was going to take 5 hrs for a simple oil change I would have arranged for a pickup. People at the desk saw me sitting there and when I asked they said they were working on it. I finally walked home and Someone came to pick me up so I can retrieve my car. this has never happened before and I would liked to have had an update from someone so I could have made other arrangements.

Oil Change

Goodyear made and kept their appointment for the oil change on my Jeep. They did a thorough check of my car. The rotated the tires. They finished in two hours.

had appt. @ 8:00 a.m. taken on time car serviced and out by 9;00. Adam was pleasant efficient and great to deal with. been coming here for good number of years and always feel treated fairly and prices are reasonable.

Excellent service

Adams team worked me in at the last minute and took care of all me CR-V needs. Started with oil change but took care of other needs to keep our Honda healthy.

Battery Check/Replacement

Checked battery, installed new battery and applied warranty balance left on old battery to lower total service price.
