I called about having A/C system checked in 2016 Expedition, not getting cold enough air from system. Quoted one price, got there and it was much higher minimum price. The car was done the same day. Said they cleaned system and added lb freon. Cooling is not noticeably better.
THE SERVICE WAS GREAT FRIENDLY. THE CAR NOW RUNS LIKE A NEW CAR. I APPRECIATE THIS KIND OF SERVICE AND WORKMAN SHIP.

Excellent service and result. I initially went in for a simple tire rotation but the Mountain View mechanics fixed a problem on two of the tires where the lug nuts were stipped and could not be removed. This was timely given we were driving the car to Washington State the following week.
Great service. Repairs were done quickly.
When I was given the estimate for the amount my repairs would cost, I agreed. When I picked up my car, I was shocked that they were able to complete the work in less time than scheduled and I payed $500 less than agreed.
Fine in all respects.
