For someone traveling through from out of town and blew a tire on the freeway Saturday evening, I was very grateful to find your facility especially since it was open on a Sunday which as I found out is extremely rare in the desert. I left my car overnight, used the key drop, and by 8:30 in the morning I got a very nice professional phone call from Kelly. My car was repaired promptly so that I could get back on the road again. Thank you.
Adam and team recommended a tire in Goodyears line with an 80,000 mile rating. I wanted to get a comfortable ride in my XT5 that cane with Michelin tires. Those were rated at 60,000 but only last to 24,000. I was very disappointed in Cadillac and Michelin in how they handled new car tire warranties. Yes, it was wear and tear, but not to see if a defect made them wear so fast? Truly disappointing. I have been coming to Adam and team for over 10-years. About 5 different car brands. Adam and team have always served me well and have been honest on what they can do for me. Sometimes they went above and beyond for me on issues that the dealer had no clue about. Jelly did that for me in a Toyota Camry problem; he is the one that fixed it!So, if you are looking for an honest auto shop, look no further than Mountain View in La Quinta.
Made my appointment on line and they were ready when I got there. They have serviced my cars for years and also been fair in their pricing and always a quality work product. I have referred them to many friends and family.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and explain everything in plain language to an uninformed senior. Great service !
