Disappointed

I visited the Devonshire location on March 9, 2021 at 4:15 pm. On this day I was refused service because employees were having a zoom meeting and their was no time for me. On Saturday March 13 I when in at 3:25pm, and was told again their was time-they had many cars and to come the next day. I convinced a service member to try to squeeze me into his schedule or that I would take my business elsewhere permanently, and so he did make time to change two tires from my car. However, he did that want to check a third tired if it wasn't necessary. Talking to the service member and the replacement of two tires took exactly 60 minutes, out of this 60 minutes it took the mechanic exactly 25 minutes to change the tires. Initially, my car needed a battery replacement, oil change, and all tires to be checked-a specifically one with a nail another one that I had to put an emergency patch a day before. This kind of service is very disappointing! I will be canceling my Good year card!
