Disappointed

Ive been going to Mountain View Tire for over 12 years now. Ive bought over a dozen tires on multiple vehicles and trailers and paid for countless oil changes. Ive also had at least a half a dozen flat fixes done at this location at no cost. Yesterday I went in because I had a screw in my tire and I was charged 30 dollars? I was confused and asked why I was being charged. I was told by the manager that they have always charged. I explained that this wasnt the case because Ive never been charged. Ive always just tipped the person that fixes the flat. I was disappointed when the manager in charge made me feel like a liar. Years of loyalty for this company wasted because of a simple flat fix. I will be going across the street to Americas tire for now on for a FREE flat fix and all my tire needs.

I have been taking my vehicles here for years. Being a woman I have had bad experiences because of that. I thoroughly trust the men at Mountain view. My vehicles run great, prices are very good and they are very honest about what services are needed. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
