Dealing with Mae at Mountain View is an absolute pleasure - she is knowledgeable and friendly. A far cry from the kind of customer service weve grown accustomed too in todays world.
Efren was very courteous, and efficient; the warranty replacement was handled very well. I had worked with this location before, and the specific tire was in stock. The location closest to me (Culver City) had closed down, so I was redirected to Burbank. Good experience!
