I arrived a few minutes earlier for my 2 pm appointment and the folks attended to me right away anyway. They located me in their computer database and the person at the counter remembered what service I needed. The technician who provided the service was personable and very thorough. He followed my request to the detail and meticulously found the slow leak that was causing me concern. After he informed me about the discovery, he went back to work and in a few minutes was done with the job. I was able to go back to work that same day and did not have to find another means of transportation. I have been coming to Montvale Tire since I've had my 2013 Acura TL and they have always been very professional and personable in providing the services that I need. I would recommend them anytime to anyone.
