Went in a few weeks ago to get some air in my tires, specifically the drivers front, went back 3 weeks later with the same low tire. Nate thought it was strange since I was just in a few weeks prior. They checked it and I had a small nail. Thank you for going the extra mile!!!!

Inconsistent service
Just called for an oil change and check my tail/break lights as they were out. I asked the guy who made my appt to make sure both were done. I reminded the guy who gave me the estimate when I dropped the car off.(BTW he couldn't seem to find my appt on their schedule)They called me the next day to say the car was ready. Bill was almost $70 for an oil change. Lights not addressed. The last time I took the car in I explained there was a vibration with the car at about 40mph. They couldn't replicate it in the shop, so told me to just wait until it got worse. They attributed it to some "bolt" rolling around in my glove compartment. I"m taking my business elsewhere. We've been customers of Mathews in Waupaca for past two years and Appleton before that for at least 10 yrs. Always had good service but not feeling confident anymore.
