First time user. Nate was great! Filled what I thought (hoping) was just a tire low in pressure. Filled it and did not make it to the stop sign before sensing system said low. Pulled back in and saw the nail. Too close to the side wall for repair. Nate took off the bad tire put on the spare so I could go home that morning. He ordered a tire for the next day and I dropped off the car and went to work. Replacement mounted and car dropped off. Great customer service
