2006 Silverado HD 2500 Duramax
Cliff did a lot of routine maintenance this time around plus some more troubleshooting on an engine noise that has been around since last winter. He is pretty sure what the problem is and explained the process to fix it.Mike Marshall, the shop manager, worked hard to get me in before Cliff took his scheduled vacation - that way I could feel more secure that the truck would continue to work before I address the fix on the problem with the engine noise.Thanks much to the crew at the Waupaca Matthews Tire shop.

Tire repair
I stopped to get my tire checked because of a slow leak. The service team got right on it and had it fixed in short order. They also had me stop back after running the vehicle for a few miles, to verify the lug tightness. I appreciated the extra level of follow-up on the tire repair.
