Brought our van in for oil change and service also the recommended radiator flush. I was asked for my cell number so they could contact me as I was out walking the main street stores and library. Everything was done in about 1.5 hours and I returned before it was finished but good to know I wouldn't have to be waiting. (Mike was multitasking as the phone(s) was very busy)

Once again, it was firmly suggested that I make an expensive purchase for my car that was absolutely not necessary. Also resent the condescending attitude displayed. I am NOT a dumb woman! Won't be back after 5+ years of business with you. I've had enough.

I have been going to Matthews Tire for a long time. I have never had any problems. They have even set up warranty repair work through GM when it was warranted. They honor coupons and cater to your needs.
