Great Service
My tire popped on the adjacent freeway. I managed to maneuver my car safely off the road and pulled into the nearest parking lot, which happened to be right next to Matthews Tires! They were able to come inspect the car immediately, and within minutes I was (slowly) pulling up to their garage. They had an appropriate tire in stock and managed to fit me in so that I was back on the road with my new tire within an hour. They had a very clean, well-stocked waiting area which made waiting a breeze. They provided excellent customer service, had fair prices, a great warranty on the tire, and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. They turned a potentially stressful, time-consuming, and expensive experience into an entirely manageable and very minor inconvenience. They have definitely earned a new loyal customer. Highly recommend!

Oil change tire rotation
I typically always change my own oil in my Nissan truck this time I decided to use your store because we had a gift card. Not happy at all simple oil change is leaving oil puddles all over my driveway because the skid pan was not wiped out. From past experience the oil chute hits the sway bar and it runs all over on top of the skid pan anybody with common sense would be able to observe this and wipe it out now I got puddles all over my new concrete apron. I had to take the access panel for the filter and go up there and clean it all out myself and get the stains off my driveway.
