We had an A/C problem and when the techs were working on it, the main electronic control unit got shorted out so that nothing worked on the vehicle. Sean, the manager, took extraordinary steps to find a replacement unit for our 15 yr old car. He had the part flown in from NC, had it programmed by the local Jeep dealer and installed it. He gave us a loaner car while ours was being fixed. When fixed, the only charges were the agreed upon A/C repairs and a diagnostic fee to find the problem. This was more than fair. We were very pleased with the work that was done and the helpfulness of the service crew there.
They repaired everything that was needed, air conditioning, brake line repairs, grease job, filter etc. also regular tire rotation.
Recently had my 2014 Jeep Wrangler in to get some things fixed. The service advisers made sure I knew what was going on and what it was going to cost.They came highly recommended and they didn't let me down. "Bucky" is now riding in style. I have a ton of options for places to go, but I won't go anywhere else for my service needs going forward.

Had ordered 4 205/75/14 Goodyear marathon tires for camper. Did not have 4 in stock, but was in store 4 days later. Great tires, happy with the price.
