Wonderful service. Everyone was helpful and friendly and took the time to explain the needed repairs. The job was done sooner than expected so I didnt have to wait for my vehicle.

Great Service

I stopped in because it said low oil on my dash. They topped it off and said it was good until my oil change. Monica wrote a tire quote up for me which I am considering. She knows her "stuff" and I admire her for working in a non-traditional role for a woman!!!

Did a great job as always. Found a problem that could have cause a problem with my steering. I was in just for a oil change. I live two hours north of Menasha. They made room for my truck and fixed it right away. Thanks.

Visit on 8/16/18

My visit to have my tires rotated and checked for leaks was very positive. I wasn't happy that someone left greasy grime on my passenger seat during the visit. I got in my car to leave, and noticed the seat was slightly blackened from whoever sat in it. Wasn't that way before, so I had to clean it off. Suggest your guys cover the seat so they don't transfer dirt into the cars they service. Otherwise it was a good experience.

Been a Matthews Tire customer for almost 20 years and they have always provided great service and quality work and products. With all the transactions over the years, there have been a minor issue or two but they always work to keep the customer's interests first.Great place to go.
