Called Saturday noon, asked if they could fix headlites for trip. They worked me in, fixed it , I'm good . I have gone there for the 12 years I have been in Appleton and will continue because I like Jason, Craig and the others. But I don't know. Unless you can get chocalate donuts, with sprinkles, I don't know if just coffee........ Ya did good.

My car did not start in my garage,I called Matthews and they sent a Tow truck in a short time. The next day I had my car returned to me, all repaired.

Easy & Excellent Service

In the month I found one of my snow tires had a chuck missing from its tread and then I blew a tire on 41. In both cases they replaced them with a smile under the road hazard warranty I purchased with the tires. In the case of the blown tire I replaced it with my donut spare and brought the flat tire to Matthews where I purchased it. What I really appreciated is that when I opened my trunk a couple of days later they had put the donut back where it belonged and my truck was in perfect order. I've dealt with Matthews - Menasha for a few years now as they rotate and swap out my seasonal tires every 6 months or so and have found they are easy to deal with and deliver what they promise on time and with friendly professionalism. I also find they convey a very positive appreciation of my business regardless of whether it involves a purchase or a N/C service. Visit them twice in a month and you may even find they know you by name. ;-)

I have always got the best service from the staff. I have checked around and always come back here. I called late in the morning, dropped off the truck and by mid afternoon I was back on the road. Absolutely great experience.
