Great service

Had a problem with the brakes on my wife's car. Took the car in very late in the day. They fit me in and fixed the problem in minimal time. They did a great job, as usual.

Service Visit

I brought in a recently purchased 2015 van for a rotate. Was advised that it would be best not to because there was more tread on the front vs. rear tires. Always nice with a vendor gives you the best advice vs. just preforming the job you requested. That's why I keep coming back to this Matthews location.

Great communication

The reps at Matthew's Tire are quick to follow up with you when you contact them- whether it be through the website, email, or phone. They always talk to me about the work and make sure I understand and am okay with it being done on my vehicle.

Ticked off

Over charged me by 275 dollars. If I wouldn't have caught their mistake I would be out of that money. Also gave me a front end alignment I don't think I needed. I think if my alignment was off I would notice it in my tires. I got 54,000 miles on those tires and that is a lot for that tire. I am going to still go there but there better not be any more mistakes.
