Amazing experience
Matthews has always been a customer friendly place with their warm welcomes and quick diagnoses. They always place their suggestions and leave the choice to the customer. New tires/alignment
They were Professional at there jobs. Got me in that day even tho they were busy. Only Con was they couldn't align the back wheels because the bolts were locked tight and they squeezed me in there schedule so they did not have time to fix them but did give me a discount because they couldn't do it.

Quick, Honest, Friendly
I brought my car in for an oil change and Tom, Dave and Patrick behind the desk were very welcoming and friendly. My oil was changed in a timely manner and when it was done they didn't come back to me with a laundry list of things that needed to be repaired like a lot of places do, just a new air filter which I knew was old.
