Every time I visit Matthews Tire I'm reminded how nice it is to have an auto service place where I'm confident that they're honest and professional dealing with my cars. Tom, Patrick and John are all thorough knowledgeable and very friendly guys to work with and getting my cars repaired. I've gone only to Matthews Tire for my car needs for over 12 years now and I have never gone away feeling less than satisfied. I feel like my business matters to them and that giving me excellent service also is their top priority.

I had brought my wife's 2005 Sunfire in for an oil change and a noise that I thought was coming from the steering column. It turned out to be something else that was covered under warranty.Thank you for your honesty and integrity as you could have said it was something else and charged me for it.This is why I will continue to bring my cars to you for service.
