Oil Change
I am extremely discouraged by the fact that I came in for an oil change and was told I needed tires plus an addt'l $1600 in repairs. I started with the tires telling them I just put on 2 yrs ago and when I told him to look it up it was "oh yeah, they are weathering nice so another 30,0000 miles or so". After that was so ticked I didn't even go over the $1600 "other stuff" - just wanted to leave.Starting to think I'm being taken and I don't like it. I thought Matthews was one of the places I could trust and now am extremely frustrated and thinking twice.

We recently had my daughter's Equinox in for service. John recommended just what we needed and let me know about a few things that "need watching". They are always watching out for us and never recommend more than what's needed. I trust these guys with all 3 of our family vehicles (and have for over 20 years)!
