First time visit here. Very busy but very professional. Expected/approximate time of being done was right on. Didnt feel I was being ripped off. Another place told me I needed new breaks, at Matthews - was told they still had life. Thank you! Will come again.

We have been going to Matthews tires for years and Patrick has been the one that has helped us he is fantastic he explains everything perfect, we feel very comfortable with the tires that we received and I could not say anything more about the service that we received absolutely fantastic.

Surpassed the $10,000 mark

The guys in Green Bay did a fantastic job as always. Per my Review Title, along with normal maintenance on my three vehicles they have put in a new engine ($7,000+) and with this visit a new transmission ($3,200). The jobs have been completed quickly and within budget. Not only have they earned my business but also just about everyone else at the bank. They make spending $$ easy. Most of all very trusting and sincere, don't feel like you're getting scammed. Great job as always; Patrick, Tom, John and Dave.

Tire appointment.

Everything went well with great service and done in a timely manner.

First time I've been disappointed with your service. It took 45 minutes past my appointment time to take my car back, no one came up to me letting me know it would be this late, and no one apologized for being so late. I would have been a little less annoyed if someone had let me know early on how late it may be, or at least apologized for being so late. I know it's hard to stay on schedule, and I'm fine with 10-15 minutes late, but 45 late minutes was a bit too much. I'll probably stay a customer, unless being this late starts to be the norm for you. Again a little explanation that it would be late and why, and an apology would have left me less annoyed.

Excellent customer service. Could use more parking space outside.
