Excellent Service!

While driving Highway 41 I ran over a large piece of metal puncturing a hole in my tire. I called your store in Green Bay who stated they didnt have available appointments, but to come in and they would work me into the schedule to replace my tire, we wouldnt want you to be out driving long on a spare. Even without an appointment, during the very busy pre winter season I was able to get all 4 tires replaced same day. The office staff were extremely friendly and professional! Thank you! I have recommended your services to my daughter who is in need of new tires!

Tire replacement

A tire needed replacement. It was covered under warranty. I also purchased the additional coverage on all tires - so I was completely shocked and disappointed when I was charged to have the tire installed. Why do I have to pay for this service. I didn't damage the tire. The sidewalls were splitting. I am really unsure about whether I will continue to purchase and recommend Matthews Tire after this experience. The whole reason I purchased the additional coverage was to avoid any additional out of pocket expense. Your completion also has this additional coverage and does not charge their customers installation or disposal fees.
