Great service starting with the gentleman at the counter right through the employees that mounted, balanced, and install. Great prices, and a company that appreciates the veterans. Have been goung to Mattews Tires for a few years now, and will continue to be a customer.
Very pleased! Always enjoy taking my car to Matthews on Oneida St. The guys are great, they always treat me fairly and it is really great that the offer a shuttle service.

I have used Matthews Tire multiple times now and have always had the best service. I never feel I am being talked down to. There is always an explanation when needed but they never assume I dont know anything. I dont feel like Im ever being pushed to buy anything further on the spot. If something looks like it may be needed soon in the future they let you know but no pressure to buy right away. Thank you for all you do. Its always a pleasure to work with you. I dont know if the prices are in range or not but I am a customer for life as great customer service is hard to find! Keep it up!!

Long time customer.... Matthews has been doing all my car work for over 15 years. Straight forward oil change, lube, and tire rotation. On time and done right!
I was very satisfied with short amount of time it took to change oil, put on new wiper blades and check fluids, etc. Thanks for having a great team to take care of your customers.
