Oil Change Matthews Tire FDL
I had a free oil change gift card that I had won through a local radio station. I went in for my oil change and everyone was friendly and great. I then drove home (about 30 miles) and when I pulled in my driveway, my car was smoking and when I lifted the hood there was oil everywhere. Turns out the o-ring broke in the filter and the oil exploded out everywhere. I called Matthews Tire and since they were closed I left a message. I had a friend temporarily fix my problem that evening. The next day, right after they opened, I received a call regarding what happened. I called the gentleman back a little while later and he was very nice and accommodating. I took my car back up there and they made everything right and refunded me money for what I had spent to temporarily fix the problem plus gas and time and refunded me the oil change amount. I was very pleased with how everything was handled and appreciated it. Thank you!
