This was my second visit, the first one was not exactly a positive one so Todd, the manager, asked if I would give them a second chance. I did & am happy with my service this time. Bottom line, errors happen but how one fixes them says a lot about a place of business. Matthews Tire stepped up & earned my trust. I'll be going back.
