Matthews Tire is my favorite auto service and tire shop in Fond du Lac. Honesty, fair prices and minimal wait are just a few of the reasons I go back. Another important reason is the employees who are friendly and professional.
Even though I didn't have an apointment they still got me in and took care of all of my concerrns and told me of some other things that I might want to take care of in a future visit. Letting me use a car while I was waiting for my work to get done was also very helpful. Lastly, the staff is always very polite and friendly. Why go anywhere else?
Just an oil change today but great folks, as usual
These guys are amazing and truly go above and beyond. PCV needed to be changed and they noticed I had oil seepage and determined it was from 2 gasket seals. Dealership that was doing my oil changes had told me this was normal for the miles on my car and never looked in to why. After replacing the gasket seals, I started noticing oil drops in my driveway. They relooked at my car and saw the coolant housing had cracked. I drive at least 100 miles a day, and I feel safer driving my car after having them do any work on it. Thank you!!

Overall, per my son Nick, the vehicle is now working well. Thank you! My only issue is that I DID NOT receive an email of the FINAL billing Amount of around $1,300. ALSO, it seems the diagnostic check was not completed but ALREADY PD for. I only have the bill showing $916.66. Please forward FINAL bill. Thanks. Nicks father, Thomas Martineau
