Shop was booked solid but I had what I thought was an emergency, turned out to be something completely minor. Shop mgr looked at my car personally and fit me in, explained things, and was very kind and helpful. Definitely coming back for service, tires, oil, etc

Great service!
These folks are great. I moved to FDL from Appleton and have gone to the Matthews tire in Menasha for nearly 10 years because they are good people who do a good job. I needed a flat repair and a new battery, and my heat was cutting out at times. They squeezed me in even though they were booked, and fixed everything the day after I called. I'm a new regular customer now!

Service was prompt. Work was done properly. The service manager, Jason, was exceptionally professional in his dealings with both myself and other customers. Shop was clean and neat, unlike other area repair facilities that look dark and oily.
