Needed new set of tires(70,000+ miles on Goodyear Assurance Comfort Treads also from Matthews). Appointment the next day, tires in stock (another set of Goodyear ComfortTreads for 2009 Honda CR-V) work completed quickly-including alignment, paper work ready when car picked up- including tire rebate form. Staff friendly and very professional-will return for more service.
