Great work

Had a tire that was losing pressure. Was very happy that you were open on Saturday since I found this problem on Friday on my way to work and did not get off until after 5pm. They found the problem and fixed it and I was on my way. Everyone was friendly and I really appreciated their help.

Oil Change Review

Called Matthew's tired and got a same day service Appt for 5pm. The customer service personnel were knowledgeable and courteous. And very importantly, the price of the oil change service was affordable.

Great service

They were able to get me in right away and look at ( and resolve) the issues I was having with my Toyota Highlander. Sent a report detailing the problems they found and what parts were needed. I approved the repairs and the job was completed the same day.

Battery Replacement

Todd and Scott were excellent to deal with AGAIN. Called early in the morning in need of a new battery for our Cadillac. They got us in right away. Within a hour battery was replaced and were able to pick up the car. Thanks again for the quick service.

Rave 4

Hey I have been so happy with Matthews Tire in Fond du Lac, Wi. I have a Toyota Rav 4 2000. I am informed of what my Rav needs to keep going. They are not pushy to me to get things done. I have trusted them for 17 years. So that tells it all.

Horrible

Overcharged. Same bs as usual. Gave me same amount rate amount as other vehicleDont do buisness here

Inspection fee

I brought my van in to get an alignment. They called me and told me it was $1000 due to other issues. I decided not to have it done by them and look around for other prices. I went to pick up my van and was told it's a $42 inspection fee. I was never told about the price on the phone and didn't request an inspection. I told them I'm not coming back there and he said nothing.

just like always

Went in for oil change and tire rotation and found that rear brake pads were bad. They explained to us in detail about them with no pressure. Gave us a ride home and replaced the pads at the same time at a good price. That's why we have been coming to Matthews for years.
