An "Unplanned" Journey!

My car was towed to Mattews after having a flat tire on Highway 41. I was warmly welcomed on this unplanned leg of my journey,by a very knowledgeable team member. He made my dog and I feel very comfortable and informed us that we would be "fit in" and we could resume our trip with a brand new tire within the hour! Since my cars tires had already gone beyond the expected tire life... I decided to get four new tires. The management lined me up with a great deal and rebate. They got all the papers ready for me to submit for my rebate, making everything easy to complete the process. I would go out of my way to come here again as they made an emergency flat tire a pleasant experience!
