very dissapointed

1) I have asked them to not remove any stickers from my windshield that belong to other businesses. I have called 2 times about this. Well they did it again!!!!2) after my oil change i was driving on hwy 41 when my hood started to vibrate. I started to pull over and my hood flew open. They never latched the hood from my oil change!!!!!No Happy!!!! Lucky no accident or law suit.The business is extremely friendly and efficient on the front end but the work/service sucks. Therefore I will no longer do any business with your company. Yrs ago I stopped going to you because of rude comments at the Menasha store but thought I would give the Appleton store a try only to be disappointed again.

Tire Seasonal Changeover

I was pleased with being able to make an appointment and the actual waiting time was less than 30 minutes. I appreciate the fact that the extra set of tires can be stored at minimal cost I have to admit I was not pleased with the overall appearance of the stored tires that were switched out. There was grime and grease all over the wheels and no attempt to clean the tires and I know that when they were put into storage that was not the condition they were left in.

Appointment was on time, good service, much appreciated.
