Oil change

I am always so thankful for the great service and pleasant people at Matthews of Appleton. I called yesterday morning to see if they could get me in that afternoon for an oil change. No problem they said come on in. They took care of everything I needed and thankede several times for coming in. They are tops in service.

I always appreciate that Matthews gives me a fair and honest assessment of what needs to be done with my vehicle. I also love that they have really flexible hours and are almost always accommodating; even on short notice.

Stopped in for a routine oil change and some required maintenance that parts weren't available same day. We left the car overnight and the Matthews team did a great job of completing maintenance and replacements, calling us when the vehicle was ready. I've used Matthews for 100% of the maintenance on both vehicles since relocating from Illinois and have never been disappointed. My wife's family has been visiting Matthews for years and the have lived up to their reputation for me. Honest, efficient, knowledgeable and good people to do business with.

We first pulled into Matthews Tire in 1990, when we first moved to Wisconsin. They have earned our loyalty, for 27 years of great service. They know who we are and know our vehicles. You couldn't ask for more. We would never go anywhere else. The customer service is top notch.

Great Service

My visit to Matthews was great. It was just a little over an hour and I was out the door. I come here all the time, so I will be back!

I was very pleased with my latest visit. I had an issue with a tire stem leaking. They were able to get me in right away and even when I was running late were able to make the repair very timely which I appreciated.

Mechanical Diagnosis

I took my Dodge Durango into two other shops for a few problems. After spending a lot of time and money unnecessarily, and not fixing the original issues. I went to Matthews Tire on College Avenue, and left with a sense of security my vehicle was taken care of.
