My experience at Matthews Tire was very favorable. They delivered before expected, called me to let me know what the problem was and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg. I will be returning to them with all my vehicle needs.

As always, we got great service at Matthews Tire. We have been customers since 1990 and wouldn't go anywhere else.
Our son is moving out of state for college, and we knew Matthews would look at his vehicle thoroughly and make sure it was safe for the long drive. Excellent service and reasonable service... we have been bringing our cars to Matthews for service for over 20 years.

I had my car towed in on Friday afternoon with a water pump issue and they managed to get the car in that day and have it fixed by Saturday. So grateful for their quick service. They are always very friendly and the work is top notch.

I was disappointed I was not given choices on the type of oil. I found out they used conventional stock oil instead of a dealer preferred synthetic blend. Had I been given the option I would have taken the upgrade. I also didnt appreciate the long wait.
