Started with an Awful Experience at Neenah Walmart Tire center, Went straight to Matthews in Appleton 3 hours b4 they closed They put tires on 2 cars, gave us a van to do some shopping while we waited They were done in 1 hour Outstanding Service Fast. Will get my Tires here from this day forward, Thank you Matthews!

Fast service

Stopped to have winter tires put on a 2012 Captiva. Dropped the vehicle off and the service was completed in about an hour and a half. Nice work Matthews team.

Another Great Visit

Came in for an oil change and a general look over of my car. Mechanic (Tony) came out and gave me evaluation with recommendations of what should be done now and what can wait. Very polite. Makes me feel comfortable and gives me time to think and decide what fits my budget and my comfort level. Their thoroughness is much appreciated.
