I drop my cars off in the morning without an appointment. Always ready by 5 to pick up. Friendly ride to work. Matthews is my go to for all maintenance!!

Everything went well.
Awesome experience! Dennis took good care of my car and explained some things that were going on with it. Dave is fantastic in taking his time and patience in making sure any questions I had he broke down in lay terms to make sure I understood and gave me a generous discount which I greatly appreciate.
We had both of our vehicles in for routine service. Everyone is friendly and courteous, our vehicles were taken care of in a short amount of time. The prices are very reasonable and we are very pleased with every aspect of our vehicle service program. There is no better place to have your vehicles serviced than Matthews Tire.
I would like to work with only 2 of the managers there, I don't like the fact that I have to talk to multiple service managers when I started with Dave or Dennis, the other managers seem not interested and not very customer focused If I want a certain service manager I should be able to choose. Others that answer the phone need to understand customer service!
