Thank you to Mike Marshall in Waupaca and Dave in Appleton for helping me get my new tires! I was heading out for a big road trip and discovered a problem- they went above and beyond for me- because they knew I was traveling through the mountains, and I would be alone. Great product, excellent service.

Its been better....

Trying to use the web to book an appointment almost always requires a phone call. If I wanted to call, I would. Please be more responsive with web requests. Also I asked someone to take a look at a noise my car was making and it was never done. I didnt get charged for any work, but my car isnt fixed either. Previous visits have been better experiences but this one was not great.

Brought my 2002 Bonniville in to say good bye! She is being traded in later in the day. But the final visit was to save the Goodyear tires! I thought my son could use them if they fit. Mathews coordinated two car lifts and made the switch. They understood just what I requested. Now my son has better tires and I have a new car.Thanks so much!
