I went in to ask about getting tires and was able to have them put on as soon as I wanted them. I liked the fact that there was little wait time to get an appointment.
Service was done on time and as quoted. Service reps are very courteous and knowledgeable.
As usual the crew at Matthews treated me fairly and with the highest respect. I thought I may have had a serious issue and was relieved to find out that it was not. Ended up not having to spend money on something that was not a safety issue and can wait.
Matthews Tire offers excellent customer friendly service. They tell you directly what's wrong with your vehicle and give you options based upon your budget for repairs. Our oil/filter change was fast and done with the idea that it's their own personal car.
I had just returned from a road trip to get home and find my wife's car was not starting. Not being able to be without 2 vehicles at this time, I brought the car into Matthew' at 7am before I went to work. Jason got me right on the schedule and as soon as Eric arrived he got to work on the vehicle. By 7:45 I was out of there with a new battery installed, after Eric made sure it was just a battery and no other electrical issues.
As always, I was extremely happy that I found Matthews Tire to keep my 2004 Suburban running perfectly. Fantastic people, and perfect service.
