2013 Equinox

Service and speed were phenomenal. Customer service was over the top. Coffee was hot and had good flavor. Donuts were all gone when I arrived - very disappointing.

Oil change

Was not disclaimed price until I was putting in my card. One of the most expensive places for an oil change. Also never got a reminder call like most other places I have gone.

Tire rotation and alignment

I hit a pothole and blew out the sidewall of my tire. Dave did a wonderful job of fitting me in right away and getting me back on the road. I would definitely recommend Matthews to anyone needing new tires (or any of the other services they provide)!

I came in cause I broke something in my exahaust. I was told that I needed a whole new system that would cost 1200.00! I took it to two other garages that said a flange broke and that the rest looks almost new! So 134.00 later it was fixed! What your shop did was very unethical and downright criminal not to mention wrong! Its places like yours taking advantage of people is why our society is going down the tubes! I have written a letter to the paper and am seeking out the local news stations to look into this! I have posted what happened all over social media and wont stop till you stop ripping people off!
