Amy helped me with my order for new tires. She was very knowledgeable and recommended a great deal for some Goodyear tires. The service tech was also very helpful in pointing out needs for my car and those things that were in good condition.
I have done business with Matthew's Tire for many years. This Tuesday I came in to purchase snow tires for my "new" truck. The ones I wanted were no longer in stock, but Matthew's was able to order them in time for an installation set for Thursday the same week. I was given a ride to work by an employee that I did not recognize. In conversation it came out that he was new the Matthew's Tire family and seemed very happy to be working for them at this location. I was contacted upon completion, and given a ride back to Matthew's to get my truck by a smiling young lady whose knack for conversation made the ride quite pleasant. They have set the customer service bar high indeed!

Had 4 Goodyear tires and rear brakes installed. Estimate on the added brake job was supplied to owner prior to proceeding. Service was completed in a highly professional manner.

My 1985 Mustang hadn't been aligned or checked since 1995. They found excess play in a ball joint and tie rod end, replaced them and did the alignment in a reasonable time and reasonable price. The car is in good driving shape now. I'm very pleased.
