Oil change plus service

Routine oil change and rotation but they were helpful in pointing out long term items, In this case brakes, which are going to need attention in next several thousand miles. They even knew when they were last servicedIm obviously a really repeat satisfied customer.

4 Wheel Alignment

Excellent. I was greeted when I walked in by a beautiful young lady-she was friendly, spoke clear and concise. She was expecting me and called me by name, as I had made an appointment the day before. They got me in promptly. The free coffee and work space was good with an outlet for my laptop/phone. I discussed other services offered, like a transmission flush/fill, with Jason. The work was completed on my car in under an hour. Good job team Matthews!

The Best Experience

I called Matthews Tire about a wheel bearing possibly needing to be replaced in my vehicle. They got me in right away. They also changed my summer tires over to winter tires. They noticed my winter tires did not have much tread, and got a hold of me for options. I bought 4 new snow tires! Thank you for keeping me and my vehicle on the road safely!

Very accommodating appointment. Pleasant folks at the desk. Cost for oil change /service /parts seem high. Will need to shop around. Will probably still buy tires here though.

Excellent. Great communication and service. Staff was very friendly. Dave was especially kind when he came out to verify info and in talking with my kids.

Got in at time of appointment great job would highly recommend been doing business with since 1967 the only place I will purchase tires well worth the drive thanks again for your prompt and courteous service
