Brought in my car for oil change and vibration in the front. The technician called me and was very professional about the checkup. Will bring my car back in for my diagnostic testing.
Friendly greeting, quick service, and a pleasant departure. Always a pleasure. One minor critique, the chairs in the waiting area are better than they used to be but still not great for more than 15 minutes.
A big thanks to the employees at Matthews Tire for squishing me in without an appointment to replace a burned out headlight.. on a cloudy foggy... snowy day.
