Did a good job. Found the small piece of metal that kept making my tire go flat. Good service fairly fast(about an hour during lunch). Nicely kept place. Wasn't dirty or anything.

I bring all 3 vehicles there, this last trip I had requested new wiper blades in addition to the oil change. It wasn't until I got home did I see it wasn't done, which means another trip there, disappointed. The time before when I brought my Acadia in for new tires there was a discount based on the amount of service. I was not given the discount - which I called on and questioned, Dave honored it and put a credit on my account. Jason needs to be more friendly, he's short when talking to him and doesn't make you feel welcome. Amy is great, always friendly and calls me by my name. Dave is also a pleasure to talk with...

The workers at Matthews are always very friendly and helpful. We can always rely on the service being done right and they stand behind the service they do.
