I brought in tires for recycling and the young girl who helped me was phenomenal!! They even took off the rims for me...most impressed!!
Overall the employees were nice and actual service was just for an oil change so nothing difficult. It did seem like approx an hour is a long time for this type of service.
The staff was ver friendly and efficient! There was no pressure to fix things they found wrong on my car but the employees reviewed things with me.
Fair and balanced repair estimate on some major repairs cost to fix vs. value of vehicle they are a great outfit to do business with.

Matthews was very helpful in selecting a high value tire for my car. I was having consistent problems with blow outs on the previous tires, and they helped select a tire that would be much more durable. I was very happy with their prices and service.
