Even pointed out things that were wrong but might be covered under my warranty - no pressure to have the work done there - excellent customer service and really cared about the customer experience.
Got us in on short notice to repair tire
I have gone to Matthews Tire for over 15 years and enjoy walking in the door and being help by the staff. The work they do is top notched and am grateful for their shuttle services. I feel confident with the repairs and work they have done on my vehicles.

Once again your team did not disappoint. I let them make the decisions on what was needed as far as service to get ready for a trip and they made accurate and fair decisions. no unneeded work or parts.We will definitely countinue to have our vehicles serviced there.
I had actually just stopped in to get a quote and see when they might be able to get me in the schedule, but they were not only able to service my truck immediately but also price matched the cheapest competitors quote I had gotten!!!
