Knowledgeable and professional

I brought my Jeep Wrangler in thinking I had a leaking trans-axle. Turned out I only needed a new water pump and a rear differential gasket and plug. They saved me hundreds of dollars!

Screwed Tire

Called up when I realized I had a screw or nail in my tire and needed repair. Brought myself and the truck in and expected a 2 hour wait. Promptly Rick set out to helps his techs out and got me in and out fast. Great customer service.

Oil change/tire rotation

Other than the fact it took 1 and 1/2 hours, it was fine. Also, I thought oil change was on sale for $24.95 and I was charged $30.95. I got the tire rotation free so I didn't say anything.
