I always appreciate the timely manner which you can service my vehicle. Also, I like how you answer all my questions that I have about my van.
I just came in, and had yet another really expensive repair on my car. Paul was excellent at walking me thru the what and why, and tried to help save me money along the way. I feel like i can trust the staff, and that they are not just trying to make their company more money. Its really hard to digest expensive repairs, but when they are needed, im glad I go to mathews as they deserve and earn my business Thank you!

Had a rounded lug nut. One hour and 20 bucks later, on the way! Always great service!
The staff is very friendly and helpful. I had four tires replaced in about an hour and they explained to me that at this time it was not in my best interest to get an alignment. I will definitely go back there again.

I called and needed tire repaired in an hour. I was told by Melissa to come right over. The tire was repaired and I was on my way in less than an hour. I needed to pick my grandkids uo from school and was there with 5 minutes to spare. Thanks Matthews tire!
It took 95 minutes to get my oil changed, tires rotated and one tire repaired. The girl told me it would be 30 minutes. This is a place I would replace tires only. Service is way too slow. I won't do an oil change or tire rotation here again.
The guys did a great job with replacing the front tires with new rims I brought in.
Good experience. Helpful, friendly, good quality.
